Pricing & Availability

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Availability may vary, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or stock.

Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept secure payment via Stripe and other trusted payment processors. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

Once an order is submitted, no changes or cancellations can be made, including product swaps or address updates.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

Bundle Head LLC takes fraud and unauthorized charge disputes seriously.

By placing an order on our website, you agree that:

You are the authorized cardholder or have full permission to use the payment method provided.
The billing and shipping information submitted is accurate and truthful.
You will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Bundle Head LLC to resolve the issue.

We reserve the right to:

Submit all relevant order information, including IP address, billing address, shipping confirmation, delivery confirmation, and customer communications to the payment processor and financial institution in the event of a dispute.
Deny future purchases from customers who file fraudulent disputes or chargebacks.
Report fraudulent activity to the appropriate authorities.

Fraudulent chargebacks will be vigorously contested with all supporting documentation.

Processing & Shipping

By purchasing, you agree to our Shipping Policy.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of hair extension products and hygiene standards, all sales are final unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Risk of Loss & Delivery Confirmation

All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Bundle Head LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Delivery confirmation, tracking information, and carrier verification will be used as proof of fulfillment in the event of a payment dispute or chargeback.

Optional shipping insurance may be selected at checkout for additional protection.

Promotions & Discounts

Promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise noted. Terms for each promotion will be specified at the time of offer.
