Order Processing

• Orders placed by 12 PM MST, Monday–Friday begin processing the same business day.
• Orders placed after 12 PM MST or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.
• Standard Processing: 5–7 business days
• Sales/Holiday Periods: Up to 7–14 business days

Shipping Options (U.S. Orders)

** To ensure the highest quality and because all RAW Indian Hair comes from single-donor sources directly in India, these bundles require a little extra time for processing.

• Express Shipping ($25) is still available, but please note it may take up to 3–5 business days before your order ships.

• Once processed, your package will be shipped Express (3 business days).

All shipping times begin after processing is complete.

Fraud Protection & Secure Delivery

• Orders are screened for fraud. Please use matching billing and shipping addresses.
• Once marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Bundle Head is not liable for loss or theft.

Uncontrollable Delays

• We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other uncontrollable events.

Order Accuracy & Responsibility

• Orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Orders are processed in the order received, based on product availability.
